Points to Remember
Minimum amount:Start your Silky Pride savings with as little as ₹1,000 per month.
Plan duration:10 Month Installment.
Installment denomination:Payments must be in multiples of ₹500, with a minimum of ₹1,000 each month.
Enrollment:Available at all Santhas Silks stores across India.
Redemption:Before the end of the 11th month for the 9-month plan, calculated from your enrollment date.
Post-maturity handling:If redemption is not done within the timeline, Santhas Silks will attempt to deliver products worth your saved amount to your registered address. If delivery fails for reasons beyond our control, the product will be safely held at our store for one month.
Required documents:Valid PAN card and Address proof (e.g., Government-issued ID) may be requested during enrollment or redemption.
FAQs
Is Silky Pride applicable on all Santhas Silks products?
Yes, you can purchase any sarees, dress materials,or textile products at Santhas Silks, except gift cards.
Can I club two or more Silky Pride accounts?
No, only one active plan is allowed per customer. Multiple accounts cannot be combined.
Can I withdraw my paid installment before completing the plan?
You can discontinue anytime and use the accumulated amount for purchases, but refunds or special benefits will not apply after discontinuation.
Can I change my monthly installment amount midway?
No, once selected, the monthly amount cannot be altered during the plan period.
Can I pay in cash at the store every month?
Yes, you may pay in cash, but payments cannot exceed ₹20,000 per month.
Where can I check my Silky Pride account status?
Visit www.santhassilks.com (or your chosen portal) and log in using your registered mobile number to view your balance and payment history.
Are NRIs eligible for Silky Pride?
Currently, this plan is open only to Indian residents.

Terms of Redemption
When can I redeem my Silky Pride balance?
Your redemption period begins one month after the due date of your final installment. This window allows you to plan
Can I use my Silky Pride balance for online purchases?
No, the Silky Pride balance can only be redeemed at Santhas Silks stores. Online or third-party redemption is not available.
What happens if I don’t redeem my balance on time?
If your balance remains unredeemed within the redemption window, Santhas Silks may deliver products worth your saved amount to your registered address. If delivery isn’t possible for reasons beyond our control, the product will be securely held at our store for one month.
Can I split my balance across multiple products?
Yes, you can purchase multiple Santhas Silks products during redemption, based on your available balance. Gift cards are excluded.
Will late payments impact my Silky Pride account?
Yes, all installments must be cleared within 7 days of the due date. Payments delayed beyond this period may result in loss of exclusive benefits or, in extreme cases, default of the plan.
